Biography[]

Season 10[]

(10.3)

  • Dance is her life. She decided to choose it as her career when she turned 14. She went to the University of Arizona, and studied dance with a jazz minor. She was on the line for three years and captain of the dance team for two. When she was ten, she met current veteran Melissa at a national dance competition. [She’s seen working with Melissa] Melissa won Junior Dancer of the Year at a national competition in 2005. Megan competed for and won that same title the next year. She thinks it’s a blessing having Melissa help her through the process. She’s putting everything into this, and becoming a DCC would validate all the reasons why she chose dance as her career, and what better stage to dance on the AT&T Stadium.

Season 10[]

(10.1)

  • Prelims are over. Now we’re all just waiting while the judges deliberate and pick the semifinalists that will continue on until tomorrow.

(10.2)

  • I’m extremely nervous about facing Kitty Carter. Her reputation is known to be extremely harsh, but she’s good at what she does. We’re going to show her our solos and our costumes, and hopefully she can give us her input on how to make that more of the DCC style.
  • After my first move, really, I couldn’t tell you what happened. Adrenaline gets me going, and I just go.
  • [Invited to training camp] It was seriously so amazing. I don’t even know what to think. I’m shaking. I’m just excited.

(10.3)

  • The nerves are kind of starting to settle in. I think everyone’s a little anxious to finally get started.
  • Biography

(10.8)

  • Having my parents here is just amazing. I mean, they’re the ones that put me in dance in the first place, so just showing them that it was all worth it means more than anything to me, and I know they’re proud of me, and nothing will compare to this night.
  • We’re doing our final touches before we walk on the field for the first time as DCC, so this is go time.

Season 11[]

(11.2)

  • I want my spot back so badly, but there is always a chance a veteran gets cut, so today is stressful.

(11.6)

  • Show Group is a team within our team, and they go all over the world. They do U.S.O. tours and perform for our military overseas, and thank them for their service, and represent the Dallas Cowboys organization, so it’s a huge honor to be a part of the Show Group here.
